HistoryIn 1997 I went to the Carolina School of Massage Therapy. I had a private practice in Chapel Hill NC as well as working with the Carrboro/Chapel Hill and Durham YMCA's. I moved to Morehead City and started my practice here. Over the years of additional studying, giving, and receiving Bodywork I have developed my own unique style of Bodywork that has helped many people ease their pain, improve function, as well as ease their mind and spirit.SpecialtiesMy style of bodywork is a culmination of the modalities I have studied and received over the past 20 years.
