History

Ed's Gun Shop was started in 1979 in the basement of Ed's home in Skyline, NC, a very short distance from the current store. The first actual storefront was located in downtown Southern Pines, on NE Broad Street, between New Hampshire and Connecticut Avenues. When we outgrew that location, the current 10,000+ square feet store was built on US 1 Highway between Southern Pines and Vass, NC.
