HistoryMotiv8, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring artistic expression, cultivating positive behaviors and preserving the arts in disadvantaged areas, ONE person, ONE count, and ONE community at a time. Since opening the doors to their own space in 2018, Motiv8 has serviced hundreds of dancers throughout the Carolinas, introduced local dancers to some of the leading industry professionals, provided scholarships for three students to continue their education at both the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and used money from their programming to support women and children in shelters in their local community.SpecialtiesOur business specializes in educating dancers of all ages, shapes, ethnicity, and backgrounds. We provide dance programming (ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, afro-beats, twerk, dance fitness, pole and chair), as well as music (piano, vocal and guitar), and dance and massage therapy.
