Founded in 1988, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership, also known as The Housing Partnership, is a broad-based, private, nonprofit housing developer. The organization provides housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families in Mecklenburg County in North Carolina. As a financing corporation, it operates the Homeownership Center of Charlotte, which organizes homeownership education and neighborhood empowerment classes and one-on-one and delinquency advisory sessions.
