One of 6-7 broken tiles I've had to replace over the last 4 years.

Areas which actually contacted the bottom of the tile are circled in black. You can also see the trowel lines.

No collapsed mortar ridges and barely any contact with the bottom of the tile. Sure was easy to demo though.

Really Terrible experience! Dolce Casa is owned by Pino. Pino's a nice guy but does an awful job. Bath and kitchen remodel. Took 4 months. Dolce Casa workers don't know how to do their trade....
