CrossFit Aestus will provide a fitness experience that is both Sport and Lifestyle adaptive. It is our mission to be the foundation for our client's fitness. We are a complete Health and Wellness resource for our clients and the community and we do this by creating superior Fitness Programming, using the best tools available in an environment based on support and achievement. At CrossFit Aestus, you will not find fancy treadmills or stationary bikes. What you will see are barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, pull-up bars, dumbbells, and plenty of room to move around. We utilize the way the human body was meant to move and work, and this is how you will be trained. We only use functional movements during our classes. Functional movements will require you to use your entire body to move from point A to point B.Classes will last an hour, but the workouts themselves may last anywhere from 5 minutes to 40 minutes in length. Do not worry about not being in the best shape of your life before you enter our program. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect choice for any individual regardless of experience or age. By simply modifying the load and intensity, anyone can participate. Also, one of best parts of CrossFit is the friendly and supportive environment.
