I have worked in many different restaurants but always loved making pizzas and cheese steaks the most. Worked in some of the best pizza and hoagies (subs) shops in the Philadelphia area. I have taken a little bit from what I learned at those shops and made my own. Loretta is my grandfather. She died 17 years ago. We use her spaghetti gravy (sauce) recipe for our Pasta and parm dinners. The sauce was taught to my mother who then taught it to me and my siblings. My family has a total of 4 Loretta's and my wife also had a grandmother named Loretta. So the name was an easy choice. Come on by and check us out. Taste the difference
