Established in 1981, Coastal Enterprises of Wilmington is a private non-profit organization that assists unemployed adults in reaching their vocational goals. Based in Wilmington, N.C., the company offers training as well as job placement programs, such as vocational evaluation, individual goal plans, work adjustment, job development and job coaching through department of vocational rehabilitation.
