History

While Elshen Therapy Center was officially established in 2018, I have been practicing psychotherapy, Reiki, meditation, and research since 2009. Conducting Reiki and meditation at the bedside of cancer patients at NYU Hospital, treating post-partum depression moms in a Duke clinical trial, and therapy sessions with patients suffering from chronic mental illnesses at NY Presbyterian.
