More disgusting hair found in the sheets

Front desk or maintenance fixed widow and we've been in the rooms 2 months . We even left so it could get done

Window been crack for 2 months straight . Let the front desk and maintenance know and nobody fixed the issue yet.

Broken phone that didn't work and wasn't even connected to anything. Had to call the front desk from our cell phones.
