History
Practicing and teaching Yoga since the 1980s gives me true knowledge of the body at rest and in motion. In 1990 I discovered CranioSacral Therapy workshops and practiced this quiet work for years. In 2003 I completed the 700-hour Foundation Training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I find it to be a potent source of healing and a portal into the felt experience of the whole self. It is my primary therapy today. I taught A&P at the Body Therapy Institute from 1993 to 2016--I know the body! In 2006 I studied with the Strozzi Institute and became a Certified Somatic Coach, supporting life changes using the resources of the whole self, body, mind, heart, spirit, for change grounded in what truly matters. In 2012 I completed rigorous studies for Master Somatic Coach, a humble dedication to continued development for the sake of serving skillfully. In 2012 I joined the faculty in Spirit of Learning, a teacher training offered through the Center for Embodied Education.
