Yoga Therapy recognizes there is no such thing as 'on size fits all' and addresses each students individual needs through small group classes and individualized sessions. As such, each class is adapted to meet the needs of the students in class. We offer a wide variety of classes including Yoga for the Back, Neck, and Shoulders, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Meditation and Breathwork.
