Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks & Recreation operates and maintains parks and recreational facilities throughout Fayetteville, N.C. The department operates more than 50 parks that include picnic shelters, trails, and athletic fields and courts. Its facilities also include a multipurpose recreational unit that is home to a majority of the department's programs and activities. In addition to building, maintaining and operating these facilities, Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks & Recreation sponsors instructional classes, special activities and programs, athletics, workshops and clinics, trips, social activities, community meetings and much more for children and adults.
