Formed in 2006, and originally part of a larger family partnership dating back over 50 years - we are a well-established family business in Matthews, North Carolina. On our journey throughout the years we attribute our continued long-term growth and success to the hands-on service we provide, and the close relationships we build and maintain with our tenants. Many of our tenants have been leasing from us for over 15 years, with one that has been with us since 1989! Tenants are always encouraged and able to reach out to us easily and conveniently.
