The art of medicine has interested me since high school, when I saw my grandfather recover from coronary artery bypass surgery. I found surgery to be such a remarkable, hands-on approach to healing patients. \n Throughout medical school and residency, vascular surgery became my specialty of choice because it involves performing intricate procedures using leading-edge technology to help a large and diverse population of patients. \n When it comes to achieving the best outcomes, I believe in a partnership model between physician and patient. Whether you are an inpatient or an outpatient, I will spend time with you to ensure we are aligned throughout the decision-making process. As partners, we can then make appropriate decisions centered around your best interests. \n Outside of work, family is most important to me. My wife, Bijal, and I were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Aidyn, in 2021. Together with our yellow lab, Toby, our little family of four spends time going on walks in the neighborhood, listening to music and grilling on the patio. We are avid travelers as well. In my personal time, I enjoy playing golf and reading history and historical fiction novels.
