Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife purchased me a The Dash Pro tailored by Starkey for Christmas last year. Alps made a mold of my ear and sent it off to have it custom made to fit my ear....

The business in hickory is not handicap accessible. we had a hard time getting a wheelchair into the office. When returning a set of hearing aids because of improper fit, a refund was not issued.
