I became a Family Medicine doctor because it combines my passion for lifelong learning with the fulfilling experience of caring for patients and families of all ages. Being intimately involved in patients lives is a unique and rewarding aspect of Family Medicine, and, as such, I strive to form a collaborative partnership with my patients and work together to reach a common goal for their health. I enjoy caring for patients of all ages, as well as practicing preventive medicine and chronic disease management. I also have an interest in womens health, musculoskeletal medicine and office procedures. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends; reading; playing tennis; and exploring Raleigh, as well as new cities.
