We integrate nutrition, lifestyle management, and functional movement to create and sustain optimal wellness. Health experts that have a history of working with sustained weight loss, stress management optimal wellness. Our integrated approach to wellness includes specific yoga poses, functional movement, an elimination diet program, supplements and food therapy as well as looking at mental/emotional issues. We use Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT to combine behavioral therapies with Chinese medicine to address deep underlying issues. If body work is needed we are trained at Thai Massage and Reiki.
