Michael Grace is the Supervisor of the Town of Yorktown. He is the chief executive officer carrying out decisions of the Board, administering the budget and disbursing funds. He is also responsible for the daily operations of the town and is a member of the Town Board.
He took office on Jan. 1, 2012. The term of office of the Supervisor is two years, beginning on January 1 in each even numbered year.
Supervisor Grace appoints a Deputy Supervisor to serve as a Supervisor in her absence. Councilman Terrence Murphy is the Deputy Town Supervisor.
Grace is a former town attorney for the town of Yorktown and partner in the litigation firm of Grace & Grace. He and his wife Lisa live in Yorktown. The couple has seven children and one grandson.

Susan Siegel was the former supervisor whose term ended on Dec. 31, 2011. She took office on January 1, 2010.
Siegel has lived in Yorktown for the past 40 years. In 2009, she ran for office because she was not happy with how the town was being run. She considers the most important issue to be finances.
