Yorktown Cleaners owner Salvatore Pascarella was initated into the business world as a cobbler – back in Italy where he was born and raised. After settling in Westchester County, in 1976 Pascarelli and his wife Rae opened and ran their first store in Mahopac.
In 2000, the Pascarellis opened their family-run Yorktown Cleaners and to this day provide on-the-premises shoe repair and dry cleaning. The store also provides same-day service.
