Project approach involves understanding the client?s project needs and site operational requirements; identification and analysis of geophysical, regulatory and social conditions affecting site utilization and development; conducting necessary physical, cultural and environmental studies to confirm site qualities and limitations; engineering planning and design of site function and organization; engineering design of grading and utility infrastructure components (water, fire protection, stormwater management, sanitary sewerage and waste removal/recycling), site security and lighting, site appearance and landscaping, local government and regulatory agency approvals and permits.
