Woodstock Hardware was founded in 1953 by Mr. Gordon Anderson and named Anderson Hardware. The store was designed by Mr. Anderson and famed Woodstock artistJohn Pike. Following John's color scheme, local residents remember, that the original store was painted a deep, rich,
