Western New York Developmental Disabilities Services Office, based in West Seneca, N.Y., provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, and Orleans counties in New York. The organization provides services in areas, such as audiology, consumer service, clergy and religious education, day treatment programs, family care program, family support services, integrated employment, Medicaid service coordination, nutrition and food services, and nursing and medical services. Other services include occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, psychiatry, psychology, residential living opportunities, recreation therapy, senior citizens programs, sheltered employment, social services, speech language pathology, and vocational rehabilitation. The organization also operates a residential facility on a more than 430-acre campus called the West Seneca Developmental Center.
