WerLand Assoc. LLC and its affiliated entities ("WerLand") have been one of the largest owner/managers of small warehouse spaces in Nassau and western Suffolk Counties (in New York's Long Island) for over 50 years. Started in the late 1950's by Paul Werman, all of WerLand's warehouses were built for a typical business which does light manufacturing, provides a service or distributes a product. Property locations were selected for easy access to Long Island's major roads and span from Roslyn to Central Islip, New York. All building are constructed with brick and block walls and most have poured gypsum roofs for high fire resistance and security. See Available Space for more detail specifications of typical warehouse space. In 1986, Paul brought his son-in-law, Ethan Auslander into the business. Ethan currently runs the day-to-day operations. Trained as a CPA and having a background in finance and computing, he has modernized Paul's traditional ways of conducting a property management business. WerLand believes property management is a service industry and wants to keep its tenants satisfied. In the late 1990's, Ethan added an office complex in Roslyn, New York to WerLand's portfolio. See Available Space for more information on our office space.
