John and Sally Hubbard started John C. Hubbard Plumbing and Heating in 1971. John was previously employed by Williams College in Williamstown Mass. where he was Assistant to the Chief Engineer. His duties included oversight of the steam generation plant, and crews maintaining the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems on the campus. In 1992, Chad Hubbard became a fulltime member of the team. Our current team of comfort specialists are: John and Chad Hubbard, and Harold Ball. The office staff also has grown from Sally working as receptionist, dispatcher, and book keeper to our current office staff of Sally, Ginny Kempf, and Diane Nelson. In 2003, we became incorporated, which changed our name slightly, to Hubbard Heating & Plumbing, Inc. At that time, Chad was named Vice President.
