Vincent Leone, MD joined the Northwell Health System in 1994 and in 2002 was appointed Director of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery at Glen Cove and later Syosset Hospitals. Dr. Leone received his MD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training with an area of extended study in Spinal Surgery at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1991, where he was also served as chief resident. Dr. Leone completed fellowships in spine surgery in Switzerland, Austria and France and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Leone is asked to lecture regularly on Spine Surgery topics nationwide and is an assistant clinical professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University. Dr. Leone’s practice is focused on the disorders of the spine.
