History
Brahman Yoga was opened in May 2014, shortly after a team of scientists in Antarctica discovered evidence that the universe inflated into being faster than the speed of light. Our universe, undoubtedly, is place of expansion. Our studio was built to follow that example. Yoga is a practice of opening our bodies, opening our minds, and opening our hearts. It can be difficult to live in a universe of uncertainties. Sometimes light travels as a particle, other times as a wave. But when we demand answers and certainties, we usually find ourselves in conflict with the universe. If, instead, we choose to expand our feelings and experiences, we might turn that conflict into a new connection. Our studio's intention is to learn the importance of opening new space.
