Dr Z's treatment philosophy is to maintain your health with a proactive approach. He believes that having a good diet, exercising regularly and keeping your nervous system working optimally with regular spinal alignments will keep you free from most common ailments. Patients receive the tools and guidance needed to reach their health goals. Dr. Z and Dr. Alana specialize in spinal decompression. Spinal decompression is a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment for acute and chronic spinal pain associated with disc herniation, arthritis conditions, and sciatic leg pain. Decompression is a result of an advanced applied traction called a Pull Pattern Protocol. This can be targeted to the injured area, and is designed to boost the spine's natural healing process. Both doctors also specialize in Graston Technique and Cold Laser Therapy. Graston Technique is a form of instrument-assisted massage that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes specially designed instruments to detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The Graston Technique decreases overall time of treatment and fosters faster recovery. Cold Laser Therapy is a painless, non-invasive treatment which is used to treat a variety of pain syndromes, injuries, neurological conditions and pathologies. Laser therapy can be used any time a patient requests or needs a drugless procedure for the control of pain.
