Tuckahoe High School, located on Siwanoy Boulevard, is part of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District.
The school serves about 270 students in grades 9–12. Classes are broken down into eight periods and include the core curriculum, foreign language and AP classes, among others. Seniors can participate in WISE (Wise Individualized Senior Experience), which allows them to participate in an internship in either the third or fourth marking periods.
In addition, students can participate in extracurricular activities such as student government, yearbook, chorus, art club, drama and jazz band. There are a variety of sports, including football, cheerleading, soccer, basketball, bowling and softball.
