Touro College School of Health Sciences is a division of Touro College that is a Jewish-sponsored independent institution of higher and professional education. It provides a wide range of disciplines ranging from undergraduate preparation for health sciences careers to graduate programs in multiple fields of allied health care. The college offers various undergraduate programs, such as forensic science, occupational therapy assistant, physical therapist assistant and physician assistant. It also offers graduate degree programs in occupational therapy, oriental medicine, physical therapy, public health and speech-language pathology. Additionally, the college provides postgraduate programs in advanced master program in orthopedic physical therapy and post-professional doctor of physical therapy. Established in 1986, Touro College School of Health Sciences provides education to more than 650 students and is located in Bay Shore, N.Y.
