History
The current cafe is the 21st century iteration of the Threefold Restaurant that began in NYC in 1926! We are on the site of a farm originally purchased to provide produce for that vegetarian oriented establishment.
Specialties
We strive to provide tasty, nutritious, made-from-scratch wholesome food that is sourced as locally as possible. As many ingredients as possible are organic and biodynamic. Menus and prices are subject to change depending on what's in best at this point in the season. The our pastries are all made in house, with a range of regular, gluten free and vegan options. Breakfast is served from 8:30a. to 11:00am, lunch from 11 to 3pm. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and pastry are available from open to close.
