After observing Thai restaurants and noticing their repetitive menus, we were aware that Thai food was so much more than just Pad Thai and Curry. As a ubiquitous and versatile ingredient, we wanted to introduce an innovative chicken dish that was both distinctive and faithful to the Thai background. It's a new way of appreciating chicken with a Thai style that's culturally refreshing and ground-breaking.

Our business specializes in Thai chicken and rice dishes: Traditional Hainanese Chicken, Thai fried chicken with ginger rice, lemongrass grilled chicken with sticky rice. Our Zab fried chicken was featured in Eater NY 3 times for its crunchy and light with exceptional seasoning.
