History
Hannah Springer, MS HHC started the OWC in 2010 by accident while teaching nutrition clients how to eat and cook nourishing healing foods. Her clients wanted the bone broths, cultured yogurt, and fermented veggies she was making for her family and so she began selling a jar here and there. Gradually demand grew and in 2013 her husband left his job to be home full-time while she expanded the business (now named the Oliver Weston Company for their two boys). Five years, one more baby boy, and two commercial kitchens later, she and her family moved upstate to the Hudson Valley and settled the OWC headquarters in the village of Red Hook. Hannah, Hugo, and the OWC team continue to serve their NYC and tristate clientele through home delivery services while offering a convenient pick-up option to Hudson Valley residents.
