Our semester-long curriculum teaches fundamental culinary skills through the lens international home cooking. From paella and lasagne to curries and pork dumplings, kids aren't just following recipes, they're learning essential techniques that will empower them in the kitchen and encourage them to be intuitive, creative cooks. After each session, students come home with a ready-to-eat dinner for three to five people. Meals are hearty and well-balanced.
