History
The Swan Street Diner is a fully refurbished 1937 Sterling Diner. Formerly the Newark Diner from Newark, NY, the Diner was purchased by the Larkin Development Group and moved to Buffalo, NY in 2013. It has undergone an extensive restoration, retaining the original features of a 30's Diner. The Diner was manufactured by the J.B. Judkins Company of Merrimac, Massachusetts. The Diner features mahogany trim, a barrel vaulted ceiling and walls and ceiling made of porcelain enamel. The exterior panels on the diner are also made of porcelain enamel. Open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday - Sunday, serving classic diner fare.
