Surpass Chemical is an independent chemical distributor, formulator and manufacturer of industrial chemicals. It has been in business for more than 85 years and a basic producer of sodium hypochlorite for more than 60 years. Founded in 1914, the company represents hundreds of manufacturers and is a source for more than 750 different chemicals. Surpass Chemical offers delivery service for tank truck loads or just a few bags or drums via company s trucks, day or night, seven days a week. It operates two facilities in Albany, N.Y. Its Broadway facility has a combined 55,000-square-feet of warehousing space and an on-site water treatment system. Capabilities include custom-liquid blending from 50 gallons to 25,000 gallons and several docking bays. Surpass Chemical s Bridestreet facility offers custom dry blending and packaging, as well as numerous private sidetracks for loading onto railcars.
