History
I started my psychotherapy practice in 2007. The richness and diversity of everyone's unique life stories are an inspiration for me. I have worked with people in a variety of careers including architects, executives, lawyers, social activists, designers, writers, actors, filmmakers, software engineers, financiers, chefs, professors, teachers, and students. I welcome people of all sexual orientations, and faith and spiritual heritages. My professional services include individual psychotherapy for late adolescents and adults, and work with career-related stress issues to enhance personal and professional effectiveness. Adjunctive Body-Based Therapy People who currently are going to a primary therapist for talk therapy can also work adjunctively with me to learn Somatic Experiencing techniques to manage their physical and emotional distress. By using body-based approaches, one can feel more contained and grounded if upsetting and uncomfortable events occur in everyday life.
