With over 35 years in the restaurant industry, we took on a new venture and bought a smoker. We began experimenting with different smoking techniques, meats and flavors and eventually created a unique and remarkable product. In the fall of 2016, we opened up shop in Locust Valley, NY. We source local herbs and spices yielding a fresh and high quality barbecue rub, used on all of our meats & proteins. Our recipes like the jalapeno cornbread, garlic string beans and sweet potatoes have been passed down through generations bringing an authentic flavor to each of our menu items. We offer weekly specials such as burnt ends, smoked turkey, chicken wings, smoked fish dip and many others. Our items sell out quickly, so be sure to call ahead! We are available for catering, private parties and delivery through DoorDash.
