The SPCA of Westchester is a humane society that was founded in 1883 and is still located on its original site in Briarcliff Manor. The SPCA provides a shelter for cats and dogs, has a computerized lost and found database and offers pet adoptions. On site is their Simpson Spay/Neuter Clinic which provides reduced-cost surgery, vaccinations and various treatments.
