Owners Chef Todd Mitgang and Brian Owens started their voyage in 2008 at the critically acclaimed Crave Ceviche Bar in Turtle Bay. After a tragic crane collapse they persevered and opened Crave Fishbar in 2012. With the success of Midtown East they set their sights on the Upper West Side and opened in December 2015.
