Mt. Kisco resident and business owner Craig Pellis graduated from the Culinary Institute with honors in 1991 and started his Mt. Kisco catering business in 1997. Since that time, Chez Vouz has catered to a broad corporate and residential New York clientele.
"We have a very personalized service," Pellis said. "In other words, we invite the client to come as a guest to his or her own party."
