Shuko is a NYTimes 3-star, restaurant owned by Chefs Nick Kim and Jimmy Lau. Shuko offers a choice of tasting menu showcasing traditional Japanese flavors and techniques from both the kitchen and sushi bar with a bit of our own personality. We are located near Union Square’s Greenmarket where our chefs source ingredients which are reflected in our menus, alongside the best fish selections and seasonal ingredients from New York and around the world. We currently only offer our Kaiseki Tasting Menu and our Family-Style Menu at our Private Dining Room.
