each Shobha Team Member is included in our ongoing training process from day 1. all specialists & salon coordinators must complete & pass the initial training program & then participate in our Shobha Quality Assurance Process to remain on their path within the team. the products, whether they are on our retail shelves or in the treatment rooms, are constantly monitored to make sure we are using & recommending products that have the safest ingredients, avoiding all things toxic & unhealthy. for example, we have introduced Shobha Talc-Free Powder in our treatment rooms. ( despite its common use even on babies, talc has been linked to cancer & is still found in the majority of baby powders. it is because of this limited availability of talc-free alternatives that we created our own. )based on our own pet-peeves derived from long waits at the doctor's office, aggressive & sneaky up-selling for products & additional services we didn't want & feeling uncomfortable in dingy salons - we have gone the extra mile to provide you with an environment that is both convenient & practical. to avoid industry-wide delays & bad habits, we do have a few rules ( for late arrivals, longer appointment reservations ) as well as our strict sanitary policies ( like our Shobha No Double-DipSM Policy for all sugaring/waxing treatments & our Shobha No PeriodSM Policy for bikini treatments ), which have been put in place because we value your time & your safety! we keep you in mind with every element of our salon atmosphere, our services & our products, to offer you the best options for your individual hair removal needs.
