As a Chiropractor I use various forms of manipulation from moderate force, to non-force on the spine and limbs to improve joint function.I show patients how to care for their spine and approach the spine the way we care for our teeth; by exercising to balance the spine on a regular basis.Manual therapy/ massage-like work is used which treats the muscles, fascia, lymphatic flow, and circulation.I have a fabulous treatment table that lengthens your spine through traction and directly affects disc health.I am a strong supporter of Pilates, and Yoga to support your body after your back has healed. 2.) I am a genetic nutritionist; my goal is to lower : inflammation, prevent disease, and toxicity in the body. When we are on the right fuel we need less supplements and medication. Patients are taught about food, and individualized supplementation. I offer energy testing for supplements that are based in enhancing genetic pathways.3.)Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is a bridge between the body and its energy system that directs our cells to do their job. That intelligence to heal is expressed in the physical body in every moment. Feelings, thoughts, our birth, our prenatal experience, and how we were raised; strongly imprint our health. Imbalances in the energy and physical body can greatly affect our nervous system tone, which can clench the organs, TMJ, muscles, etc...involuntarily. The maximization of the breath of life flowing through the body can greatly improve health on all levels. In Biodynamic craniosacral we orient to the healing forces underneath the trauma and clenching. We call these forces tides and stillness". By supporting these tides to fully breath our mind-body; health is maximized. These tides are found in nature in all living organisms.
