We were there approximately 23 - 24 years ago, wow long time, but yeah, it was clean, no bugs, no malodor existed. Security was tight!! Rules were upheld!! Families were respectful of authority...

It is literally in the middle of nowhere across from jfk airport only a mcdonald's a motor vehicle and the closest store are a ten min walk or better the rooms are big but u cannot cook yourself...
