Chef Nueng has grown up in the ancient capital, known as the old market in Bangkok at Phra Nakhon. This place is the first district of Bangkok, combining many delectable old Thai food. As Chef Nueng lived in the old market, he has absorbed the traditional Thai food culture and learned to cook. Afterwards, he moved to New York, and he started learning to work here with other chefs and developing himself. He tried very hard to find out his own recipes. These make him decide to pursue his dream by presenting street-style Thai dishes to Saranrom Restaurant.
