Richard St. Germain, partner and founder, received BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and Structures from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY and is a registered professional structural engineer. Mr. St. Germain's professional expertise includes 50 years of experience in the design of structural steel, timber, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete building structures. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Construction Specifications Institute, American Concrete Institute and American Institute of Steel Construction. Richard P. Aupperle III, partner, received BS Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN and is a registered professional structural engineer. Mr. Aupperle's professional expertise includes 10 years of experience in the design of structural steel, timber, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete building structures. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, American Forest & Paper Association, American Institute of Steel Construction and International Conference of Building Officials.
