History
After being trained at several preeminent Am Law 100 firms, Lou Russo founded the firm to provide clients with sophisticated legal counseling at sensible rates. Lou serves as a trusted legal advisor to domestic and international clients facing complex legal challenges. He has successfully represented countless clients, often brokering settlements that allow them to invest their time and money in themselves and their businesses rather than remaining mired in protracted litigation. In those limited cases that cannot be resolved, Lou has successfully tried cases in courts and private arbitrations. He is regularly recognized by Super Lawyers and is an avid author and speaker. Lou also serves as an adjunct professor of commercial arbitration. Lou was an editor of the Hofstra Law Review and Vice President of the Moot Court Association before graduating Hofstra Law magna cum laude. He received his B.A. in Political Science (with a minor in Biology) from Villanova University.
