Susan and Frank Orts have been creating floral arrangements since 1987 at their shop, Rubrums Florist & Gifts. It is located north of the Arcadian Shopping Center on Rte. 9 in Ossining. The spacious store specializes in weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Confirmations and funerals. Its popular floral arrangements include Teleflora's Precious Love, which features soft pink, lavender and white flowers in a glass cube vase, wrapped with a pink bow.
