History
As so many of us do, I followed a winding path to end up in the place where I am today in my role as a teacher of yoga and meditation, a mentor and healer. I often remind myself, my students and even my own children, eventually when we look back at our journeys they make perfect sense - hind sight is indeed 20/20. I grew up in New York City and have years of living abroad in France, Senegal and Sri Lanka, but I eventually found my true calling to teach yoga and now live in Brooklyn with my husband and two children. Over the decades, I have studied with various traditions from Yogaworks, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Dharma Mittra and Swami Vivekananda at SVYASA University. Yoga and meditation have been an essential and positive source in my life as a student, teacher, professional, traveler, wife and mother and I do my best to help create the same sacred space for you.
